MANAGING

As a literary manager at CMA Entertainment, Tal partners closely with writers to develop their voices, shape material, and strategically position their work for the industry. With over 12 years of professional experience, a BFA in Musical Theatre and a BA in Communications from Pace University, and a California CTE Teaching Credential, she brings both artistic insight and business rigor to her clients.

Tal has also spent 6 years as a talent agent at Kazarian/Spencer/Ruskin & Associates, where she ran the Equity/Theater department and developed the Youth TV/Film department, advancing many careers and putting actors on Broadway, National Tours, major regional stages, and in film and television - including several Tony Award winners.

Her background as a performer, casting director, producer, and lecturer at institutions such as UCLA gives her a rare, holistic understanding of how to nurture talent and build sustainable careers.
